how does booking work?
Fill out the form below. We will email you with a proposal and price quote. Once agreed, we will send a final contract.
50% is due at signing and the other 50% due 10 days prior to the event. Once the proposal is signed, we’ll coordinate directly with the venue to handle all setup logistics so you don’t have to worry about the planning side at all. We offer 5% discount when you book 6 months ahead of time!
Our only requirements are access to two (2) standard dedicated outlets and space to fit a 6 ft table. Dedicated outlets means it won’t be shared with any other equipment as our taiyaki grills require a lot of power. We find most venues typically have this available.
