Taiyaki is a Japanese inspired dessert known as a Fluffy fish shaped waffle and stuffed with a sweet or savory filling. Here at Rice Culture, we infuse unique and insanely delicious Filipino flavors to create a waffle experience like you’ve never had before.
Housemade soft serve using Asian inspiration. Our flavors rotate monthly but our Signature Ube soft serve, a popular Filipino yam that yields an nutty vanilla flavor is always on rotation.

There are no nuts in our batter or custards fillings, however, we do serve Nutella filled Taiyakis which contain Hazelnuts.
Since Nutella Taiyakis are cooked on the same grills as the other Taiyakis, there is a chance of cross contamination.
